I’m looking for a US IT recruitment role where I can own the end-to-end lifecycle, ensure work-authorizations and compliance, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver quality candidates within client deadlines using ATS/CRM workflows.

I’m a results-oriented US IT Recruitment Specialist with over 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions. I manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support—helping ensure requirements are tracked and delivered within deadlines.

I work extensively with C2C, W2, 1099, Full-Time, and Contract-to-Hire hiring, including US work authorization screening such as H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, and US Citizens. I’m hands-on with candidate evaluation—assessing technical expertise, communication, project experience, visa status, rate expectations, availability, and fit for client requirements.

I coordinate across hiring managers, account managers, vendors, technical interview panels, and consultants to keep hiring processes smooth and responsive. I maintain accurate ATS records, update candidate pipelines and dashboards, handle rate/salary discussions professionally, and build strong candidate relationships with regular updates until joining.
