I seek a role where I can apply operations and marketing skills to advance sustainability-focused programs, support teams, and drive measurable community impact.

I am an operations-focused professional with over a decade of progressive experience in operations management, digital marketing, and community engagement. I combine organizational excellence, problem solving, and innovation to improve operational efficiency and customer or student experiences.

In roles across higher education, government, retail, and travel, I have led administrative projects, conducted market research, and executed promotional strategies that increased visibility and supported program delivery. I have experience tutoring STEM subjects, proctoring exams, and supervising student workers.
