What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that leverages operations and digital communication skills in a collaborative, growth-focused environment where I can lead processes, improve efficiency, and support remote work.

I am an operations-focused manager with hands-on experience running daily business activities, supervising staff, and managing finances using cloud-based tools. I currently lead operations and digital marketing at a community bakery while ensuring smooth customer experiences.

My background includes delivering personalized in-person and online tutoring that has improved student performance, and teaching experience across K–12 settings where I planned lessons and communicated progress with families. I bring classroom management skills and experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.

I combine management, marketing, and technical skills—using Clover POS, Google Sheets, and Canva—to track budgets, create high-engagement digital assets, and run social channels. I value efficiency, clear communication, and measurable results in both in-person and remote environments.

I hold a B.S. in Sport Fitness with coursework in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition, plus coaching and personal training certifications. I seek roles where I can apply leadership, organization, and digital communication to drive operational improvements and growth.
