At Cognizant, I lead quality engineering for BAT Canada's multi-brand e-commerce platforms, managing six QA engineers across strategy, estimation, delivery, metrics, and automation standards. I built a Playwright and TypeScript regression framework using a brand-facade Page Object Model that supports multiple brands from one maintainable UI and API codebase.

I've helped achieve zero post-release hotfixes over six months by introducing in-sprint automation, shift-left testing, and 3-Amigos sessions. I also parallelized regression across four VMs in Azure DevOps, reducing a suite that previously ran for more than an hour.

I built A11y Engine independently from scratch: a zero-dependency accessibility engine covering 120+ WCAG 2.2 rules, delivered as a Chrome DevTools extension with screen-reader simulation, keyboard and focus auditing, and JSON, CSV, and HTML reporting. Client stakeholders and Cognizant leadership have endorsed it for IP filing and commercial productisation.

My work also includes AEM component-level automation for 100+ reusable components, cloud-migration testing, API automation, performance testing, and cross-browser coverage for retail platforms including VIMO Korea, BAT, and Waitrose & Partners.
