At ANZ Operations & Technology, I designed and built a reusable Playwright and TypeScript automation framework from scratch, adopted across multiple business units and digital assets. I also built agentic capabilities into the framework using GitHub Copilot.

For Banker Desktop, I established reusable base classes, page objects, and utilities to support faster onboarding and script development. I also built Clip On, a Chrome plugin that captures screenshots and sends them directly to JIRA.

At Accenture, I served as QA Automation Lead and Scrum Master for a Fidelity Investments SOW team, leading and mentoring 8 QA engineers. I automated features with Selenium and C# and configured Jenkins pipelines to streamline regression execution.

Earlier, I developed end-to-end automation at Aris Global and Infosys across life-sciences, insurance, and retail work. I also developed an ML-based Clustering Model API for predictive insights that won 2nd place in a hackathon.
