At QUESTIONPRO SOLUTIONS, I lead QA delivery across multiple product modules and mentor 7 QA engineers. I own QA and automation strategy, and led the migration of 300+ regression test cases from Selenium to Playwright.

I designed Playwright automation for Multi-Component Platform (MCP) workflows and integrated automated suites with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. I also introduced shift-left practices and built an AI-assisted workflow that generates YouTrack tickets from client-reported defects.

Earlier at QUESTIONPRO SOLUTIONS, I designed Selenium WebDriver frameworks using Java and TestNG, and tested QuestionPro products across UI, API, accessibility, and performance. My work has included QuestionPro Online Surveys and QuestionPro Workforce, as well as QA for the QuestionPro project at ECOM SOFTWARE.
