What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own Microsoft 365/Exchange operations end-to-end, strengthen security & compliance with Purview/EOP, automate with PowerShell, and consistently meet SLAs while partnering with stakeholders to improve tenant posture.

I’m a Microsoft 365 & Exchange Administrator with 4+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale hybrid environments supporting 18,500+ users. I administer Exchange Online, Exchange Server (Hybrid), Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Teams, and OneDrive.

I strengthen tenant security and compliance using Microsoft Purview (DLP, Retention, Litigation Holds) and Exchange Online Protection (EOP). I implement governance controls and investigate sign-in and audit logs, and I troubleshoot mail flow with message trace and extended reports.

I also drive reliability and efficiency through PowerShell automation and disciplined ticket handling in ServiceNow, resolving 95% of items within SLA timelines. Beyond administration, I optimize licensing, build SOPs/KB articles, and conduct KT sessions—improving compliance/secure score and reducing manual workload.
