What I'm looking for

I’m looking to deepen my impact in enterprise Microsoft 365 messaging and identity operations—owning mail flow reliability, secure access controls, and automation. I want an environment that values SLA-driven support, incident ownership, and continuous improvement.

I’m a Microsoft 365 Administrator with over 3 years of experience supporting enterprise messaging and identity environments. I currently manage Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange, along with Active Directory and Entra ID at HCL Tech.

My work centers on mailbox administration, mail flow troubleshooting, and secure collaboration. I handle mailbox lifecycle tasks (creation, migration, decommissioning), distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and Microsoft 365 groups while configuring retention, DLP, and mail flow rules.

I’m comfortable in enterprise support environments, owning incidents, service requests, and infrastructure changes while meeting SLA targets. I also automate routine admin work with PowerShell, maintain hybrid identity through Azure AD Connect (including sync troubleshooting), and manage MFA and Conditional Access policies in Microsoft Entra ID.
