What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable, user-focused digital products where I can improve operational workflows, automate processes, use analytics to drive engagement, and work closely with stakeholders.

At TATA AIG, I manage NOVA, a super app used by 80K+ agents and brokers across 28 states for policy booking and commission management. I led the NOVA Web Portal for centralized broker invoices and commissions, reducing commission-payment turnaround time from 1–2 weeks to 2–3 days.

I also led a helpdesk ticketing system that reduced query-resolution turnaround time to two days and resolved 90% of support queries within SLA. I simplify commission workflows, onboard mentors supporting nearly 25K agents, and use MoEngage analytics, in-app notifications, push campaigns, and targeted communications to improve adoption and engagement.

My experience also includes product work at Kotak Mahindra Bank on sales scorecards, gamification, incentives, and automated target-tracking updates. With a computer science background, I bring SQL, APIs, data analysis, automation, and product strategy to user-focused digital platforms.
