I'm currently coordinating admissions, discharges, referrals and clinical data at London Northwest Hospital NHS Trust, helping ensure Trust targets and patient records are accurate.
I support clinicians, nurses and doctors with patient administration, appointments, inpatient processes and accessible IT support while handling sensitive information with tact and discretion.
Previously, at University Hospital Sussex Trust, I maintained accurate ward data across Patient Access System and Careflow, often covering two to three wards at once. I also supported patient follow-ups and responded to queries from hospitals and GPs.
My earlier work in banking administration involved client payments, BACS, CHAPS, payment requests and DSAR deadlines. I bring calm communication, teamwork and experience working under pressure.
