At Junglee Games, I led the poker analytics vertical from its launch in September 2022 and scaled it to a 20Cr monthly revenue business. My work contributed to 14% revenue growth in 2025 Q2 and a 12% increase in daily active cash users through acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.
I launched Poker Challenger, contributing to 18% growth in overall revenue and a 20% improvement in profitability while minimizing user losses and improving retention. I also introduced withdrawal limits and designed simulations for poker money movement, improving NGR and the revenue-to-deposit ratio.
I applied Generative AI, including ChatGPT, to KPI design, SQL query generation, and player behavior clustering. I also built a proxy bot scoring framework to detect GTO and poker bot users, and initiated an A/B testing cadence for poker experiments.
Earlier at EXL Service, I generated $2.6M in revenue uplift by identifying and onboarding 4,000 high-value customers. I built attrition and pricing models, automated segmentation workflows using Python, Tableau, and Oracle, and implemented data governance frameworks.
