At Finoux, I own the full Flutter architecture for Al Ramz Capital, a UAE trading platform inside a business that hit AED 159.4M in revenue with 60% YoY growth. I scaled the flagship app to 500K+ downloads and 70K+ monthly active users, cut API latency by 45%, and delivered 80% faster app performance through Firebase observability and real-time production monitoring. Before that, at Daydreamsoft, I built and ran a 25–30 person multi-stack engineering organisation from scratch, personally hiring the majority of the team and growing the mobile delivery portfolio from 5 concurrent projects to 27. I shipped products that earned 4.4-star Play Store ratings and 100K+ downloads, rescued inherited at-risk client accounts, and operated as EM, solutions architect, and client-facing delivery lead simultaneously.

My architecture defaults are Clean Architecture and BLoC, with real-time data flows over WebSocket and Dart Streams. I set up CI/CD pipelines end to end, own App Store and Google Play release processes, and write solution documentation and DB architecture for new features before a line of code is written.

I have an MBA in Finance and Marketing (CGPA 9.20) alongside a B.Tech in CS (CGPA 9.43), which means I understand the business context behind technical decisions, not just the code.
