What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead Flutter Web and mobile architecture, mentor teams, and ship secure, measurable products—especially teams that value design systems, performance optimization, and clean engineering practices.

I’m an Engineering Lead with 5+ years of experience building production Flutter applications across mobile and web. I currently lead a team of 4–6 engineers, driving architecture decisions, design system development, and engineering best practices.

At FarmSetu Technologies, I was promoted within 11 months and established Flutter Web engineering practices, onboarding, and code review standards. I architected and built web_ui, an internal design system package, and delivered productivity tools like Spotlight global search and an internal DevTools panel—while improving performance through API caching, request deduplication, and rendering optimizations.

Previously, I shipped core modules for IBM’s Mahindra Finance Super App, including secure biometric Login and analytics integration (Google Analytics, Dynatrace, Firebase Crashlytics). I also built and hardened banking experiences at NSDL Payments Bank (NSDL Jiffy) with SSL Pinning, encrypted storage, and performance improvements, and contributed end-to-end delivery ownership and project management during my earlier work.
