Owned end-to-end delivery of monetization features including annual subscriptions, cancellation flows with retention rules, per-seat charging, and add-on upgrade/downgrade across iOS and Android. Supported DE launch with Lokalise integration and helped establish team engineering practices and documentation standards.

Built the mobile team from scratch, hiring and leading 5 Flutter engineers, and setting up CI/CD, code review standards, and the release cycle. Architected the delivery executive app for real-time tracking and last-mile delivery management and supported partner onboarding across DTDC’s network.

Refactored a large Flutter codebase by migrating from setState/Provider to BLoC to unify business logic and increase widget reusability. Contributed to the Go backend to ship features across mobile and server layers.

Led a team of 5 to launch three flagship apps (USQ, VUSport, Fantasy Akhada) on Play Store and App Store. Built live sports streaming infrastructure with real-time match stats and player data, and owned payments architecture integrating Juspay, Razorpay, and Cashfree.

Migrated three AngularJS applications to Flutter Web with full feature parity and improved performance. Built the Maersk Appointment System for warehouse congestion management to help prevent deadlocks at port-side facilities.

Established Flutter as a practice from zero by training and onboarding 20+ engineers into a production-ready Flutter team. Built proof-of-concept work that converted into client engagements and resolved critical issues in client-facing projects to protect key accounts.

Completed a B.Tech in Computer Science at Galgotias University from 2016 to 2020.
