I am a customer experience professional with hands-on experience across international voice processes, accounts receivable (AR) operations, eligibility verification, and internal quality assurance. I have progressed from a fresher hire to senior process roles by quickly learning multiple tasks, supporting recruitment, and consistently meeting quality and performance metrics.

At Conduent, I was recognized as Grand Champion for communication and presentation during training, received Gold Star Performer and Top Performer awards for project Humana, and handle inbound/outbound AR calls while following up with insurers and resolving denials. At Cognizant and Wipro I contributed to eligibility verification, critical queries, internal quality audits, and recruitment screening.
