Supervised customer service operations for a Latin American and European cluster, managing ~25 FTE across six countries. Managed import documentation for Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Trinidad & Tobago, and Lebanon, including an onsite migration for Spain and Lebanon completed seamlessly before time.

Worked on import documentation for the US, covering auditing, invoicing, partner validation, and coordination with terminals and port of load. Planned and allocated resources to ensure quality deliverables within timelines and supported functional budget planning.

Completed an internship focused on domestic dispatch, studying key customers and the dispatch patterns for Ashok Leyland commodities produced through forging. Documented logistics flows and dispatch outcomes to support operations understanding.
