What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support day-to-day operations with strong scheduling, organized filing, and careful data monitoring. I want a team that values confidentiality, clear communication, and continuous improvement—especially in environments that support people’s progress.

I currently work as an Administrative Assistant for the Embassy of Mexico, where I handle phone calls, schedule meetings and appointments, maintain contact lists, and produce correspondence memos, letters, and emails. I also support regularly scheduled financial reports, manage a reliable filing system, coordinate office procedures, and handle sensitive information confidentially.

From June 2023 to February 2025, I served as an Academic Success Coordinator / Guidance Associates and Student Life Support at Enderun Colleges. I managed appointment setting using Google Calendar and Calendly, kept student files accurate via Google Drive, and monitored attendance and academic performance by reviewing MIS data and updating Google Sheets. I also emailed and endorsed students to the Guidance Counselor for proper intervention, and helped prepare workshops and seminars by coordinating with speakers and creating pubmats and forms.

Before and alongside my institutional roles, I worked as an Online Seller and Customer Support Representative (self-employed/remote) from June 2018 to 2023. I managed product listings, pricing, and inventory across Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, Lazada, and Shopee; handled customer messages and calls for order updates and after-sales support; and coordinated shipping and courier delivery tracking to ensure on-time arrival. I also created and scheduled social media content, maintained sales records, and responded to inquiries professionally.

I bring a foundation in Office Administration (B.S., Polytechnic University of the Philippines) and a track record of reliability and performance, including being a President’s Lister from 2018–2022 and earning leadership recognition. I’m motivated by roles where I can combine organization, data monitoring, and people-focused support to keep operations smooth and outcomes improving.
