I’m a motivated, detail-oriented final-year business student with hands-on internship experience at Nestlé Ghana and Melcom Group. I bring a strong background in administrative & office support, customer service & communication, and data handling through day-to-day record keeping and documentation.

At Nestlé Ghana, I supported Sales, Marketing & Consumer Engagement by assisting product sampling and promotional activities, participating in product tasting sessions, and helping with inventory distribution and stock allocation for sampling exercises. This experience gave me practical exposure to supply chain processes, sales operations, and customer engagement strategies.

At Melcom Group, I worked as an intern in Customer Service & Retail Operations, attending to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I also assisted with sales transactions, product arrangement, stock monitoring, and maintaining accurate records—building confidence in fast-paced environments, teamwork, and time management.
