What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote customer support, virtual assistant, administrative, data entry, or entry-level IT support roles where I can deliver excellent customer experiences and support business operations.

I've supported customers and daily office operations as an Office Assistant Intern at MTN Ghana, responding to inquiries and directing customers to the appropriate services.

I maintain accurate records, organize office documentation, and contribute to smooth administrative operations. I work collaboratively with team members to deliver quality customer service.

Alongside my IT studies at the University of Professional Studies, Accra, I've developed foundational technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL.

I'm motivated to bring my customer support, administrative, data entry, and problem-solving skills to remote support, virtual assistant, administrative, data entry, or entry-level IT support work.
