I am a motivated and reliable professional with several years of experience in retail sales, customer service, bookkeeping, stock management, data entry, and supervision. I started my career as a Retail Sales Assistant at Qlasik Jewels & Cosmetics, where I developed strong customer service, sales, cash-handling, record-keeping, and inventory management skills. I was later promoted to Supervisor, taking on additional responsibilities in daily operations, staff coordination, stock control, and sales administration.

I am organised, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. I enjoy helping customers, keeping records accurate, solving problems, and learning new skills and tools.

I am particularly interested in remote opportunities such as Virtual Assistant, Personal Assistant, Customer Support, Data Entry, Administrative Assistant, and other roles where I can use my communication, organisation, and administrative skills while continuing to grow professionally.
