I'm seeking a payroll leadership role where I can apply my organizational leadership, payroll expertise, and process-management abilities to support accurate, compliant operations and contribute to company success.

At Deel US LLC, I lead payroll specialists and oversee accurate, timely semi-monthly payroll for more than 4,000 exempt and non-exempt U.S. employees.

I collaborate with HR, Finance, senior leadership, payroll vendors, and tax authorities to manage payroll accounting, reporting, compliance, policies, controls, onboarding, offboarding, and involuntary deductions. I also serve as a subject matter expert for complex payroll and HR questions.

Before Deel, I delivered weekly payroll services for 40,000–50,000 U.S. and Canadian employees at Red Lobster Restaurant Support Center, validating payroll data and the work of the Processing team.

My background also includes accounts payable coordination, Oracle AP invoice processing, payroll reconciliation, year-end reporting, and resolving complex payroll issues in fast-paced environments.
