At Farmers and merchants bank, I review large currency transactions for CTR requirements and prepare, validate, and submit CTRs to FinCEN within required timelines.
I also review transactions for suspicious activity, assist with CTR-exempt customer reviews, and compile reports on late CTRs and errors. I help branches and departments with cash transaction policy questions and stay current on BSA, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC regulations.
At WestEd, I assisted with financial statement preparation and analysis, completed bank reconciliations, and prepared journal entries. I also maintained financial filing systems and helped gather information for external audit requests.
Earlier, I reconciled financial records and checked balances and payments as a Balance and Audit Clerk at Loomis Armored. My experience also includes administrative support, banking customer service, and training new cashiers; I’m fluent in Spanish and proficient in Microsoft Office.
