I track container milestones in CargoWise and verify availability, holds, Last Free Day, and return eligibility across terminal, steamship line, and rail platforms. I also schedule warehouse appointments through Amazon Carrier Central and maintain shared Excel visibility trackers.
When holds, Customs delays, rail availability issues, missed appointments, or accessorial risks arise, I identify and escalate them with operational context to protect delivery schedules. I review accessorial charges and validate shipping records, including chassis splits, BOLs, PODs, and empty return confirmations.
