I seek roles leveraging my pathology and public-health leadership to drive quality, partnerships, and scalable health programs in global engagement or account management.

I am a healthcare and public health leader with over 18 years of experience bridging clinical diagnostics, health systems strengthening, and large-scale program management. I combine technical pathology expertise with strategic program delivery to create measurable health impact.

At the state and hospital level I have led screening programs, restored stalled case-detection systems, and guided multidisciplinary teams to improve diagnostic quality and patient care. I have a proven record of building partnerships across government, international organizations, NGOs, and communities to align resources and expand services.

My work emphasizes quality management and accreditation, including NABL/ISO standards, Lean Six Sigma practices, monitoring & evaluation, and staff capacity building. I have directed quality systems, supported external audits, and expanded diagnostic services through process optimization and equipment upgrades.
