What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role in microbiology where I can strengthen lab quality and infection control, guide teams, and ensure compliance with NABL/ISO standards while driving practical, protocol-based improvements that improve patient safety.

I bring senior-level microbiology expertise with a strong focus on quality control, infection control management, and lab supervision across NABL/NABH-accredited settings. I’ve led microbiological culture and diagnostics workflows, including microscopy, serology, immunology, and clinical pathology, while overseeing safety protocols and equipment maintenance.

I’m proud of impact work such as leading the drafting and implementation of an Antibiotic Policy that is still in use, and contributing to national readiness by being part of the team that set up the first swine flu testing protocol in 2009. I’ve also supported WHO-funded environmental surveillance and served as a single point of contact for lab equipment and epidemic investigations, ensuring timely reporting and coordination.
