What I'm looking for

I'm looking to strengthen equitable, evidence-based public health services through programme coordination, MNCH delivery, community engagement, health data, and collaboration with government health systems.

I coordinate the Kangaroo Mother Care Scale-up Programme at Community Empowerment Lab across the Varanasi Division, while supporting implementation in Bihar and Jharkhand.

I work with district- and block-level government functionaries to plan, monitor, and evaluate interventions that strengthen maternal, newborn, and child health services.

My field experience in Rajasthan and Kerala has given me practical insight into rural, tribal, and community-based healthcare delivery, including disease surveillance, telemedicine, and primary healthcare programmes.

With an MPH and a Medical Laboratory Technology background, I bring health data management, diagnostic-science knowledge, stakeholder coordination, and community engagement to evidence-based public health work.
