What I'm looking for

I seek roles that apply AI to hematology and histopathology in diagnostic or research settings, with opportunities for model development, clinical impact, collaborative teams, and teaching.

I am a pathologist with focused expertise in hematology, histopathology and clinical diagnostics, and a strong passion for applying artificial intelligence to improve diagnostic accuracy and research workflows.

During residency and subsequent roles I performed high-volume procedures including bone marrow aspirations and biopsies, fine-needle aspirations, muscle and nerve biopsies, and comprehensive specimen grossing; I have hands-on experience with flow cytometry, coagulation studies, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, frozen sections, and squash cytology.

I have contributed to research including a thesis on bone marrow metastasis and a published paper on IHC for acute leukemia, received a Best Junior Resident award, and have experience teaching pathology to nursing, physiotherapy, MLT students and junior residents.
