I’m a B.Com graduate with active experience in healthcare recruitment for GCC countries at Aspire Global Service, a specialized medical staffing agency. I source and place qualified medical professionals—including Nurses, Doctors, and Allied Health Technicians—for hospitals and healthcare institutions across the Gulf region.

In my HR Executive role, I manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job posting, candidate sourcing, document verification, interview scheduling, offer processing, and visa documentation support. I also screen and shortlist candidates using eligibility criteria such as licensing and dataflow verification, aligned to Gulf country-specific regulatory requirements.

I’m comfortable coordinating with UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman healthcare institutions to understand staffing needs and job profiles. I maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and MIS reports using advanced Microsoft Excel, and I help candidates with credential verification, attestation guidance, and pre-departure orientation.
