I’m an HR Executive with around 4 years of experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and employee relations—handling everything from onboarding and documentation to exit formalities. I’ve owned end-to-end HR processes for US consultants, coordinating engagement, payroll inputs, compliance support, and reporting that helps stakeholders make timely decisions.
I’m especially strong in VMS/MSP environments (IQN, Fieldglass, Workforce Logiq), where I act as a primary HR SPOC across consultants, clients, and vendors. I also bring recruitment experience for US and niche healthcare/pharma roles, including pipeline building, timesheets, discrepancy resolution, and end-to-end onboarding—supported by Excel, Power BI (Basic), and SQL (Basic) while I currently pursue an MBA (HR & IT).
