I’m a Recruitment & HR Officer with 3+ years of experience in international manpower sourcing for industries across the Middle East. I deliver end-to-end recruitment with accuracy, professionalism, and clear communication from first screening to onboarding.

In my current role, I manage recruitment for clients across UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Oman across healthcare, construction, engineering, and hospitality. I source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles ranging from nurses and accountants to engineers, labor staff, cooks, and pastry chefs—while coordinating interviews and selections between clients and candidates.

I also handle HR documentation, visa processing, and onboarding formalities, maintaining recruitment reports, databases, and compliance records. I support payroll and administrative teams with attendance and employee data to help ensure smooth hiring-to-employment transitions.

Before that, as an HR Intern, I supported recruitment operations through CV screening, shortlisting, and scheduling, and updated recruitment trackers and internal HR documentation. Today, I’m seeking a role where I can contribute my recruitment and HR expertise in a remote or global HR position with flexible collaboration across time zones.
