In my current role as a Business Analyst at Turing, I conduct Side-by-Side (SxS) evaluations on GHD to assess output quality, accuracy, and relevance. I perform rigorous fact-checking to eliminate inconsistencies, and I develop structured justifications that adhere to strict quality standards using specialized browser-based tools.

Earlier, at the National Syndemic Diseases Control Council (NSDCC), I built a comprehensive performance matrix for 47 counties, ensuring national accountability by tracking planned activities versus actual outcomes. I also improved financial accuracy by identifying and reconciling meal card discrepancies and duplicate sign-ins, and I served as key planner for the 2024 World AIDS Day Marathon, coordinating legal and logistical permissions with Kenya Roads Authority and Sports Kenya.

My QA background is equally strong: at TranscribeMe, I maintain a consistent 99% accuracy rate, review and score transcripts to a 4.7/5.0 performance level, and mentor newcomers by sharing actionable feedback. I also supported M&E work at UTaNRMP by migrating hard-copy proposals into the MIS, refining rapid assessment questionnaires, and consolidating multi-regional data into reporting templates for senior management, strengthening transparency and clarity.
