At Genpact, I delivered and managed 10+ training batches for 128 agents, supporting onboarding and time-to-productivity. I also proposed three training-material enhancements that were approved and implemented by the client.
As a Senior Process Associate – Content Moderation Trainer, I designed and delivered policy, process, and quality training, and conducted audits and root cause analysis to address recurring errors. I led policy briefings and calibration sessions to support consistent policy interpretation across teams.
Earlier at Genpact, I reviewed user-generated content, investigated complex or escalated cases, and provided policy guidance as floor support. In January 2025, this support contributed to the market achieving 90% accuracy and reducing escalations.
Before moving into content moderation, I taught English at Tikva Odessa Children's Home and was promoted to Teacher’s Manager at Helen Doron Education, where I managed eight teachers and supported lesson consistency through coaching. I hold an educator’s qualification from Helen Doron Educational Trainings and a master’s degree in building and civil engineering.
