I am looking for a dynamic work environment that values growth and learning.

My name is Valentina Skënderi, and I am a passionate educator and customer service representative with a strong background in language studies. I hold a Bachelor's degree in English and German language studies from the University of Tirana and am currently pursuing a Master's program in English language teaching. My experiences in teaching English to students of various ages have honed my communication skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

In addition to my teaching experience, I have worked as a customer service representative at WE ARE FIBER, where I provided support through chat and emails, primarily in English. This role has enhanced my problem-solving abilities and taught me the importance of patience and empathy in customer interactions. I am also skilled in using various digital platforms, which I believe is essential in today's interconnected world.
