I am an enthusiastic psychologist, graduated with distinction, and I possess a strong foundation in HR and talent acquisition. With over three years of experience working with international companies in the technology and consulting sectors, I have developed a keen understanding of the recruitment landscape and the importance of aligning talent with organizational goals.

Currently, I work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Proxify, where I conduct screening calls with potential IT candidates across Europe, Asia, Africa, and America. My role involves managing ATS, administering tests, coordinating technical interviews, and maintaining follow-up communication. I am passionate about improving the vetting process and have experience in onboarding, mentoring, and training recruiters.

Previously, I served as a Technical Recruiter at Qualitest and as an HR Experienced Recruiting Specialist at PwC.
