At CENTRALIGENCE, I took an applied AI venture from concept to a user-tested MVP, creating role-specific agents grounded in company knowledge and connected to existing tools. I shaped the product vision, customer discovery, UX, technical architecture, and go-to-market validation.
I designed an agent architecture combining LLM orchestration, RAG-based company memory, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop approvals. I also built and tested workflows for research, reporting, content generation, client follow-ups, and operational execution.
Previously, at Sprinto, I managed retention and growth across more than 200 customers, and at ENABLE I led implementation projects and reduced average onboarding time by 18%. My independent projects include Pebble Jobs, a publicly launched job-search platform for migrants, and TruckTrack, a fleet operations platform.
