I’m a proactive Network Engineer with hands-on experience in real-time network monitoring, troubleshooting, and Cisco infrastructure management. I focus on keeping networks stable through day-to-day visibility and fast resolution of issues.

In my current role at Creative Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (client: Ceat Tyres, Nagpur), I use Zabbix and temperature monitoring tools to track real-time performance and device uptime. I review daily logs, resolve tickets via the internal IT ticketing system, and produce daily network health reports and performance documentation.

I manage and maintain VLANs, trunk ports, and network segmentation across Cisco switches, handling both Layer 2 and Layer 3 environments on Catalyst 9200 and 2960 series. I also coordinate escalations with the Ceat IT team and vendors to protect uptime during maintenance and fixes.

I round out my networking work with strong IT support fundamentals, including hardware troubleshooting and end-user support within the plant network. Earlier, as an IT Support Intern at R & D Systems, I installed and configured CCTV systems and handled printer installation, cartridge refilling, and desktop/system maintenance.
