At FIS Global, I monitor and support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations in a 24/7 production environment. I handle network incidents, data center operations, and infrastructure alerts.

I install, configure, and test Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points, and manage DHCP scopes and IP leases through Infoblox. I also deploy Digi and Opengear devices for secure remote access and out-of-band management.

On a site expansion and network upgrade, I supported server room expansion and rack readiness, replacement of Cisco 3750 switches with Catalyst 9200 series, and access point configuration. I also assisted with migration from traditional WAN to SD-WAN.

For an access point and wireless LAN controller upgrade, I upgraded access points to Cisco Catalyst 9136 series and deployed Catalyst 9800 series WLCs in place of Cisco 3504 controllers. I'm keen to deepen my skills in enterprise networking and network security.
