What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can build and optimize CRM automations, solve technical system issues, support clients, and improve business workflows in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

At HL Pro Tools, I manage technical support and system optimization for GoHighLevel users across 20–30 client accounts daily. I resolve automation, funnel, integration, and pipeline issues while helping clients improve lead management and sales processes.

I previously migrated D. A. Iduh Advocates from Zoho to GoHighLevel, designing calendars and automation workflows to improve appointment scheduling and reduce costs. At Kelsey Logistics, I moved customer management from Google Sheets to GHL and built real-time shipment update automations.
