I am an entry-level product manager driven to deliver customer-centric solutions that solve real user problems. I combine research, data analysis, and hands-on coordination to guide product development from concept to prototype.

In my current role as Research and Development Officer and English Language Instructor, I analyze data from multiple sources to refine strategies, design development concepts, and improve outcomes for students. I also create assessments, monitor performance metrics, and adapt methods to boost results.

Previously, as a Customer Service Advisor, I improved customer retention by communicating product value, capturing feedback, and supporting quality assurance initiatives. I use those frontline insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features that increase adoption.

I led cross-functional student and bootcamp teams to build an e-library prototype and a gender-equality education product, serving as product manager to scope requirements, coordinate delivery, and produce wireframes. I seek opportunities to grow my portfolio and contribute to impactful product development.
