What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead client-driven digital delivery, turning complex requirements into executable plans while managing teams, scope, budgets, delivery cycles, and stakeholder alignment.

I've delivered client-driven digital projects since 2012, turning ambiguous requests into plans for web platforms, enterprise CRM/ERP systems, mobile applications, API integrations, VR/AR products, and interactive installations.

For a distributed oilfield services company, I led delivery of an enterprise CRM/ERP connecting laboratory operations, drilling sites, logistics, accounting, and management. I built a frontend, backend, and QA team, launched the first release in about six months, managed monthly delivery cycles, and transitioned support to a five-person internal IT team.
