What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead cross-functional technology and innovation programs where I can improve operations, build automation workflows, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes.

I'm delivering an internal digital knowledge management platform at Ukrainian Future Business Incubator, defining requirements, scope, and milestones for a searchable catalog of 325+ material assets.

I redesigned data-ingestion workflows across departments, eliminating operational bottlenecks by 50%, and independently built a Make.com and Notion automation pipeline with AI-assisted data processing.

At MHP, I managed innovation and technology programs with 700+ registrations and 130+ offline attendees, while coordinating scope, budgets, procurement, and stakeholder alignment. My programs achieved an approximately 30% conversion rate into corporate internship, practice, and dual-education technical pipelines.
