At ACG Engineering, I lead enterprise-wide HR strategy, workforce governance, and organizational effectiveness across four manufacturing sites, four business verticals, and approximately 1,900 employees. I lead and mentor a 24-member HR organization while partnering with executive leadership on workforce planning, organization design, succession, and transformation.
I led the HR workstream for merging four group entities into one, including SAP migration, employee transition, statutory compliance, and continuity planning. I have also concluded 13 long-term wage settlements across four unions, supporting industrial harmony and uninterrupted operations.
Earlier at Tata AutoComp Systems, I led business HR, corporate talent acquisition, learning and development, and group industrial relations. I served as HR Head for the TACO Hendrickson joint venture and built leadership development programs for mid-to-senior managers.
I also built an India Offshore Development Centre from the ground up at Optimyz Software, covering infrastructure, regulatory licenses, and initial hiring while supporting clients including HP and Sun Microsystems.
