I seek an F&I role where I can apply military discipline to compliance-driven finance operations, deliver transparent customer experiences, mentor teams, and advance in risk and audit responsibilities.

I am a results-driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager candidate with a disciplined military background in operations, compliance, and risk management. I bring proven experience instructing and mentoring personnel, coordinating mission-critical logistics, and maintaining detailed records and controls to ensure regulatory adherence.

In my military career I managed large teams and budgets, designed training programs that measurably improved performance, and executed contingency plans under pressure. I have hands-on F&I training—package/menu selling, credit bureau interpretation, lease knowledge—and familiarity with F&I platforms such as Advent Resources, RouteOne, and DealerTrack.
