What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a part-time remote customer support or customer success opportunity where I can communicate clearly, assist people professionally, learn CRM tools, and apply my food science knowledge.

I'm a Food Science and Technology student at Kwara State University, building practical knowledge in food processing, food quality and safety, food analysis, nutrition, and food science principles.

Through coursework, practical activities, and group projects, I've researched unfamiliar topics, organized accurate information, and explained technical concepts clearly. I've also collaborated with classmates while managing assigned tasks and deadlines.

I'm interested in customer support and customer success opportunities where I can combine my academic background with professional, respectful communication. I listen patiently to questions and concerns, solve problems thoughtfully, and adapt quickly to new digital tools.

I'm comfortable working independently in remote environments and am willing to learn CRM systems and company-specific tools.
