What I'm looking for

I seek program or research roles focused on community empowerment, M&E, and policy implementation where I can lead stakeholder coordination, scale capacity-building, and drive measurable social impact.

I am a dedicated labour studies and social protection professional with hands-on experience in research, program coordination, and community empowerment across Assam and broader India.

I have led large-scale mobilisation and training initiatives for street vendors, coordinating with ULBs, police, and stakeholders to prevent evictions, formalise vending zones, and support cooperative formation.

As a researcher and evaluator, I conducted baseline and endline surveys for Mission Karmayogi and monitored MPEDA schemes, producing actionable recommendations and gathering frontline insights from officers, vendors, and beneficiaries.

I combine legal practice experience and program management skills—designing IEC campaigns, leading leadership programs and TVC trainings, and managing volunteer-driven education initiatives—to deliver inclusive, sustainable outcomes.
