At American India Foundation Trust, I coordinated the Education programme “Empowering 21 Century Skills in Schools” in Bhubaneswar. Before that, I coordinated the NTD Health programme at LEPRA Society in Odisha.
At Bhavishya Bharat, I worked across education, livelihoods and health, contributing to documentation, proposal writing, social media, MIS and project management. At Micro Insurance Academy, I worked on healthcare research, training, implementation and monitoring across New Delhi, Odisha and Nepal.
My work has covered public health, education, livelihoods, social protection, agriculture and community development, in partnership with government departments, NGOs, international organizations and academic institutions. I have developed more than a hundred concept notes, proposals, reports, case studies, policy briefs, training manuals and communication materials, turning field experience into actionable knowledge.
I also have experience in qualitative research, monitoring and evaluation, data visualization and digital documentation. I use tools including Kobo Toolbox, Power BI, Canva, Pinnacle Studio, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
