What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging ICT role where I can support reliable networks, strengthen data security, deploy cloud tools, and train teams—while contributing clear reporting and system health improvements aligned with organizational standards.

I’m an IT professional with a BSc in Computer Science and a strong focus on delivering uninterrupted connectivity, secure systems, and practical end-user support. As an ICT Officer, I provide comprehensive ICT support to head office and regional health centres—installing and maintaining equipment, managing LAN/WAN networks, and troubleshooting connectivity while coordinating with service providers.

Previously, I served as a System Administrator where I managed and maintained Microsoft Active Directory for over 200 users, configured and troubleshot Ethernet/WiFi, and administered servers for performance, security, and availability. I also implemented routine server updates, patches, security protocols, and conducted regular system audits to identify and rectify vulnerabilities.

I’m also experienced across electronics and telecommunications support, including device repair, preventive maintenance, GPS/monitoring device checks, and stable telecommunications infrastructure. I strengthen organizations through data security measures (backups, antivirus updates, access control protocols), deploy cloud-based tools like Office 365/Teams/SharePoint, train staff on digital literacy and cybersecurity awareness, and produce monthly ICT performance and system health reports.
