I’m an IT technical support fresher with a BCA background and hands-on training in system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting through SAP BASIS coursework. I’m comfortable supporting end users by diagnosing issues methodically and keeping the process documented.

I’ve practiced end-to-end troubleshooting workflows—identifying, analyzing, and resolving system errors, job failures, and access issues. Through system monitoring and log analysis, I learned how to detect performance and connectivity problems early and respond with targeted fixes.

My training also strengthened my user and access administration skills across multi-environment landscapes (DEV/QAS/PRD). I handled change/transport coordination, and I gained basic exposure to VMware virtualization concepts and RFC-based system connectivity.

I’m a quick learner who picks up tools and troubleshooting patterns fast. I enjoy root-cause analysis using logs, and I communicate technical details clearly so users understand what’s happening and what’s next.
