At BDO LLP, I lead AI products that turn complex tax, client, and regulatory information into usable business workflows. I designed a temporal knowledgebase that reduced task time by about 40% through intelligent querying, alongside conversational client intelligence and PCRT tax-advice guardrails.

I've built multi-agent platforms for tax disputes, research, compliance, report checking, and human-in-the-loop automation using Python, C#, Azure Service Bus, LLMs, Graph RAG, and microservices. My work connects structured and unstructured data so teams can ask plain-English questions, identify risks, and act with clearer auditability.

Before BDO, I delivered .NET platforms at Cisco International and Healthcare Communication, including NHS document collection, Azure migrations, event integrations, patient portals, and systems serving more than 30 NHS trusts. I also led business-rule engines, communications tracing, third-party integrations, and cloud release activities.

My foundation spans software engineering, mobile and web development, NLP research, and data science. I hold a PhD in Computer Science focused on emotion analysis and have published research on implicit emotion detection, blame and praise detection, and conflict-of-interest detection.
