I resolved refunds, returns, cancellations, delivery delays, failed payments, damaged products, and account issues while maintaining service quality during peak periods.

Previously, at Madelline Barr, I managed case queues and escalations in Salesforce Service Cloud, created macros for recurring inquiries, and improved case handoffs with other departments to reduce resolution time.
